Accessible ranch home in downtown Anchorage. Quick access to the Coastal Trail and parks for biking, running, walking, and wildlife viewing. Two blocks from the Parkstrip and downtown business, shopping, dining, and play. 5 min walk to market and 10 min walk downtown. This home comes with a fantastic yard for enjoying our midnight sun or northern lights while you visit. You will enjoy the history and easy access to all things Alaska in this home. This house is an accessible ranch with open living space and wide doorways within. There are three bedrooms sleeping up to six. The kitchen is prepped for your morning coffee or even the essentials for cooking up the salmon you just caught. All amenities are available, including a large laundry room.
